I’ve listened to Endtroducing… more than any other album in the history of man. So, so good. Gave me chills, just today.DJ Shadow - “Lost and Found (S.F.L.)” (1994)
Still so great. And, now, seventeen years old.
The sliced-up drum beat starting at 1:22—no, I won’t spoil it for you if you’ve never heard it—has still got to be one of the most creative, fun, and just weirdly perfect executions of a sample I’ve ever heard.
The man’s tracks still just mystify me. Amazing.
