Wow, where to begin? The most important item on the entire page is light grey and lost within its surrounding content, while the instructions telling you where to locate the link are in all-caps and red.
Not to mention that the instructions are wrong, and the link is not at the bottom of the page, nor even at the bottom of the content area for that matter.
